Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Iuungo Media Ltd. ("Iuungo", "we") about your use of iuungo.com. By creating an account or using Iuungo, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Who can use Iuungo
You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens on your account.
Not professional advice
Iuungo offers articles, quizzes, guides and exercises about relationships, self-knowledge and stress. They're for general information and personal growth, not medical, psychological or other professional advice, and they aren't a substitute for therapy. If you're in crisis or think you may be in danger, contact your local emergency number.
Memberships
- Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. The price is shown before you pay.
- New memberships may start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your first payment is taken when the trial ends.
- You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- A couples membership lets one partner join on the payer's membership. The partner loses access if the membership ends or stops being a couples plan.
- We may change prices. We'll tell you before a change applies to your membership, and you can cancel before it does.
Guide purchases
Some guides can be bought once for lasting access to that guide while Iuungo offers it. If a payment is refunded or reversed, access to what it paid for ends.
Refunds
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren't refundable. If something went wrong, contact us at newsletter@iuungo.com and we'll look at it.
Your content
You own what you write on Iuungo: letters, reflections, responses and your profile. You give us permission to store, process and deliver it as needed to run the service, for example to send a letter to its recipient on schedule. When you send a letter, the recipient can read and keep it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Iuungo to:
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or send letters to people who don't want them.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Interfere with the service, get around limits or access controls, or scrape content.
- Share paid content or your account with people who haven't paid for it.
We may limit how much you can send, and remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Our content
Articles, guides, quizzes and the rest of Iuungo belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep Iuungo available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applying there.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using Iuungo afterwards, you accept the new terms.
